Altcopy

Independent guide to Hyperliquid vaults. We rank the native vaults on an open leaderboard and run our own — Flagship and Index — on HyperEVM. Honest analysis, no hype, no paid placement.

The vault screener toolbox — part 7: everything, side by side with Altcopy

Six kinds of tools to screen and compare Hyperliquid vaults — and the one job almost none of them do. The full comparison table, and where the Altcopy leaderboard actually fits.

The vault screener toolbox — part 6: the builder layer (scrapers and the API)

If you can code, the most powerful and honest screener is the one you build yourself, on Hyperliquid's public API. Scrapers and the raw API are the materials every other tool — and this blog — is made from. How that compares to a finished product like Altcopy.

The vault screener toolbox — part 5: the wallet & whale terminals

Hyperdash, HyperTracker, HypurrScan, Nansen and friends are powerful — but they screen traders and wallets, not the vault field. Their real value for vaults is vetting the leader behind one. How that complements Altcopy.

The vault screener toolbox — part 4: the open-source Vault Analyzer

There's an open-source, ML-powered Hyperliquid vault analyzer that goes beyond screening into portfolio optimization. Powerful for the technical — but treat its 'performance prediction' with heavy skepticism. How it compares to Altcopy's rule-based curation.

The vault screener toolbox — part 3: ASXN, the data provider's dashboard

ASXN is one of the most established Hyperliquid data providers, with a dedicated Vault Metrics screen inside a broad ecosystem dashboard. Great for breadth and raw stats — here's how it stacks up against Altcopy's curation.

The vault screener toolbox — part 2: VaultVision, the one built for vaults

VaultVision is the most purpose-built tool for screening and comparing Hyperliquid vaults specifically — risk-adjusted, with a genuinely useful overlay. Here's what it does, where to stay critical, and how it compares to the Altcopy leaderboard.

The vault screener toolbox — part 1: the native Hyperliquid page (your baseline)

Before any third-party tool, there's the source of truth: Hyperliquid's own vaults page. It's free, complete, and canonical — and it's exactly why a curation layer like Altcopy's needs to exist on top of it.

Two leaderboards — part 5: from a leaderboard to a single holding

A leaderboard helps you choose; the last step is turning the choice into a holding. That's the Altcopy Index — a mechanical, monitored, curated basket. The finale of the series, with the honest capacity truth.

Two leaderboards — part 4: the benchmark and the graveyard

Two things the native board quietly mixes into one list distort how you read it: the protocol's own house vault, and the survivorship of the vaults that already died. Our board separates both.

Two leaderboards — part 3: 'for whom?' — investor profiles and the Fit score

The native leaderboard sorts one way for everyone — a retiree and a degenerate see the same ranking. But there's no universal best vault, only the right fit. That's the idea our board is built around.
